Green Toadstool Leather Coral

Toadstool Leather Corals, Sarcophyton sp., are hardy soft corals with a stalked base and broad cap that extends small polyps across the surface. They are popular for their durability, movement, and ability to become attractive centerpiece soft corals.
Care Guide: Place Sarcophyton sp. in moderate light with moderate, indirect flow. Good flow helps the coral shed naturally and supports polyp extension. Toadstool leathers may periodically close while shedding, which is normal. Keep stable water quality and allow room for the cap to expand.
