Super Orange Chalice Coral

Chalice corals, commonly from genera such as Echinophyllia sp. or related LPS groups, are encrusting to plating large-polyp stony corals known for textured tissue, colorful eyes, and intense pigmentation. Bright orange chalices are excellent collector corals for lower-light reef displays.
Care Guide: Place Echinophyllia sp. in low to moderate light with gentle to moderate flow. Avoid sudden placement under intense lighting, as chalice corals can bleach when shocked. Give adequate space from neighboring corals because sweepers may extend at night. Maintain stable alkalinity, calcium, and magnesium for healthy growth.
