Pink Polyp Cyphastrea Coral

Cyphastrea corals, commonly identified as Cyphastrea species, are encrusting stony corals with small raised corallites and colorful polyps. This Pink Polyp Cyphastrea features a red to pink base with bright polyp detail, making it a striking encrusting coral for shaded or lower-light reef areas.

Care Guide: Cyphastrea sp. prefers low to moderate lighting and moderate indirect flow. It is often more tolerant of lower light than many SPS corals, but stable alkalinity and calcium are still important. Place where it can encrust outward without being stung by aggressive neighbors.
